[bug fix] WFS includes attributes

There was a problem that WFS (Web Feature Service) did not return attributes. The problem is fixed now. The WFS results now include date/time, species name, animal count among others.

WFS are available for datasets and species. To get WFS results, go to [Mapping] tab in the Dataset or Species Profile page.
