Feedback Form on the SWOT interface fixed (v2.5.8)

An issue that the Feedback Form on the SWOT interface failed to present "Thank you" message after sending the message is fixed now. This issue may have confused the user in that the feedback message wasn't sent successfully. Feedback messages were actually received by us.
