Aves marinas de la Isla Cayo Serranilla durante la Expedición Seaflower 2017 - Proyecto Colombia BIO

En el marco de las expediciones científicas a la Reserva Seaflower, se llevó a cabo una salida de campo al complejo coralino de las islas Cayo Serranilla, con los objetivo de evaluar la integridad ecológica de las colonias de aves presentes en las islas. Se registraron 56 especies y 118 registros de aves en el complejo coralino, aunque no se registró ninguna colonia de anidación de aves marinas, por la presencia de ratas en la isla principal.
