Abstract
Reefs in 80-120m of water were sampled as part of the National Environmental Science Program Marine Biodiversity Hub (NESP) D3 project to collect biological information in the Hunter Australian Marine Park (previously called Commonwealth Marine Reserve). In spring 2016, Stereo BRUVS were used to sampled the fish and invertebrate assemblages. Deployments were for 60 mins, however, the data was analysed as both 30min and 60min deployments. This work was undertaken for the Marine Biodiversity Hub, a collaborative partnership supported through funding from the Australian Government's National Environmental Science Program (NESP). NESP Marine Biodiversity Hub partners include the University of Tasmania; CSIRO, Geoscience Australia, Australian Institute of Marine Science, Museum Victoria, Charles Darwin University, the University of Western Australia, Integrated Marine Observing System, NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, NSW Department of Primary Industries.
