Abstract
Empire Offshore Wind LLC were committed to undertaking Pre-Construction Monitoring of their lease area located in the New York Bight (OCS-A 0512), now called Empire Wind. To facilitate this, 12 surveys were undertaken between July 2024 and May 2025 by APEM Inc. to provide baseline information for consideration in the assessment of potential future impacts. Additional surveys were collected between February 2019 and December 2019 and can be accessed at https://seamap.env.duke.edu/dataset/2159. Additional surveys were also collected between November 2017 and October 2018 and can be accessed at https://seamap.env.duke.edu/dataset/2067.
